Meet Our Team
The church leadership is made up of our elders and pastors who oversee the vision and direction of our community. They are supported by a fantastic team of full and part-time staff, who look after a number of our key departments within the church.
The Pastor at Rugby Elim is responsible for leading the church community. They set the pace in terms of the church's culture, vision and mission by preaching and leading Sunday services, as well as overseeing the many departments within the church.
