As followers of Jesus we believe that prayer is essential to a healthy relationship with God. It’s a lifestyle we’ve been called to. Jesus declared that His house would be a House of Prayer

First THURSDAY
Prayer Walking - Rugby
First Thursday | Rugby Town Hall | 7:30pm
We’re continuing to take our worship and prayer out onto the streets of Rugby. Join us as we ask God to move and transform the lives of those who live here.
Second TUESDAY
House of Prayer - Rugby
Second Tuesday | Cambridge Street | 7:30pm
We dedicate this day to find a new rhythm of prayer, fasting and worship in our pursuit of God together. We then gather at our building to pray toegther.
Third THURSDAY
Prayer Walking - Daventry
Third Thursday | The Saxon Suite | 7:30pm
God loves Daventry and so as we walk though its streets we’re praying for its people, businesses and families. We’d love it if you could join us.
Forth TUESDAY
Together
Forth Tuesday | Cambridge Street | 6pm
This is an opportunity for us as a community to be together, share in some hot food and spend some time worshipping Jesus. We started these back in January and loved them so much we’re continuing through the year. Please sign up each month.
FASTING
Why Fast?
Fasting is a spiritual discipline that is taught in the Bible. Jesus expected His followers to fast, and He said that God rewards fasting. Fasting, according to the Bible, means to voluntarily reduce or eliminate your intake of food for a specific time and purpose. (Matt 6:16-18)
Remember that fasting is not “earning” an answer to prayer. God cannot be blackmailed by our human effort. God wants to answer our prayers and He answers out of grace. Fasting simply prepares us for God’s answer.
