  • Joe has been at Rugby Elim since the start of 2024 and has been on the Youth Team for almost a year. Joe is one of the Pastors at Rugby Elim, overseeing Youth and Worship, and he loves to make music and bread in his spare time!

  • Becky has been at Rugby Elim since the start of 2024 and has been on the Youth Team since Autumn 2024. Becky works in Primary Education and also serves on the kids teams at Rugby Elim and at Limitless Festival. She lives on Tea, loves being creative and is always up for a good, competitive game!

  • Naomi has been at Rugby Elim since February 2024, and has recently joined the youth team in March 2025. Naomi works within Human Resources and is passionate about creating a fair and inclusive environment for all. Naomi enjoys helping young people discover their purpose in the world of work and in her spare time you’ll find her reading a good book, baking or watching a tv series.

  • Amari has been at Rugby Elim since early 2024, and has recently joined the youth team in Jan 2025. Outside of church Amari is a Head of Human Resources at Network Rail leading on Inclusion, Culture and Engagement. In his spare time Amari enjoys doing puzzles, watching Question Time and working with organisations focussing social mobility and justice for young people.

  • Simon has been at Rugby Elim since 2006 and has been on the Youth Team since the summer of 2017. Simon works in Education, providing 1:1 support for young people with Autism and ADHD , in his spare time he is studying for a psychology degree, he enjoys spending time with his family (Esther, Olivia and Noah), going to the gym and PlayStation.

  • Esther has been at Rugby Elim since 2006, and has been on the youth team since 2009. Esther works as a Veterinary Care Assistant at Vets4Pets, assisting the vets and nurses with the care of the animals brought into the practice. Baking, crocheting, spending time with family and friends, is what Esther loves to do in her spare time.

  • Julie has been at Rugby Elim since 2017 and joined the Youth Team in 2023.

    Julie was born in Rugby and works in admin. She enjoys rollercoasters and playing board games with her friends.
